Solution Description:

The CATE (Computer-Assisted Threat Evaluation) system locates asymmetric threats in an obfuscated battlespace with an initial focus on the South China Sea and Eastern Indian Ocean. CATE™ delivers near real-time Indications & Warning with geospatial intelligence and automated threat assessment with evidence on asymmetric threats posed to the user (warfighter). The collection is facilitated via an S-band SAR satellite very favorable in inclement weather (NovaSAR) with a 400 km swath on a 10:30 am equator crossing, sun-synchronous orbit. Our collection & analytics capabilities facilitate tactical decisions to be made with confidence. Depending on the user's need for Tactical ISR, we are in a teaming agreement with UmbraLab and able to directly task an X-band 'SAR' Micro Satellite to provide even greater fidelity on the asymmetric threat located.
