Solution Description:

Lockheed Martin Space is proposing a proof of concept of a cognitive ISR ecosystem consisting of a distributed software framework, adaptive AI enabled cognitive applications, and a human machine interface deployed on defense and industry standard hardware (Satellites, payloads, ground stations, etc.). This ecosystem will address the following needs for the Air Force, distributed learning and decision-making, adaptive human-machine interface, multi-sensing processing, and multi-sensor fusion.
